Furqan Rizvi

Dr. Rizvi is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, currently providing psychiatric services at a private office in Frisco Mental Health Services and as a chief medical officer at Haven Behavioral Hospital of Frisco. He is well experienced in providing medication management for a wide spectrum of psychiatric illnesses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADHD, alcohol use disorder, opioid use disorder, schizophrenia, sleep issues, obsessive compulsive disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder and behavioral disturbances related to dementia. Shannon Campbell, Licensed Clinical Social Worker

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I hold a Bachelors’ a degree in Social
Work from Lubbock Christian University in Lubbock, Texas and a Master of Social Work degree from University of Texas Arlington, specializing in children, youth and families. While obtaining my LCSW, I was under the supervision of Dr. Jane Hickerson, LCSW for two years. I have been a licensed Social Worker in the state of Texas since 2014. My career has been focused on trauma and the ways human’s cope. I have provided therapy to
children, adolescents, adults and geriatric patients.

I am the former Clinical Director of a psychiatric hospital and outpatient program. I have been in private practice, supervised Master Level Social Workers and continue to work with patients to adjust to adverse situations while living in the community. I specialize in CBT,trauma therapy, grief counseling, mindfulness, reminiscent therapy, person-centered therapy and solution-focused therapy performed in individual, group or family settings. I focus on illnesses such as depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia and personality disorders.

In my off-time, I enjoy spending time with my family. I have a love of great danes, which I have two, that consume most of my time outside of work. I’m an avid baker and crafter. My family and I enjoy traveling the world, when we aren’t spoiling our dogs.

Leah Cook, PhD., LPC-S, LCDC, NCC

Leah holds dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor and Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She is certified as a trauma therapist in Trauma Model Therapy and utilizes EMDR in her therapeutic work. Her history in mental health began as a traditional student in Ada, Oklahoma at East Central University where she completed 3 years of study in the field of psychology before transitioning into a position with AT&T for 13 years. After continuing to pursue her Bachelors degree in Psychology in 2010 with the University of Phoenix, she continued on to complete her Master degree in Mental Health Counseling with Capella University in 2014. In 2021, Leah completed her Doctorate in the Advanced Study of Human Behavior with the focus of her dissertation on psychogenic non-epileptic seizures.

She completed student internships in play therapy, addictions treatment for both adults and adolescents in state and private funded agencies, as well as in residential and outpatient settings. Eventually, she found her passion remained rooted in understanding complex trauma associated with adult pervasive patterns of maladaptive behaviors. She became employed as a LPC-Intern at Timberlawn in 2014. As a licensed therapist she worked under the direction of Dr. Colin Ross at the Ross Institute for Trauma in Dallas, Texas for 2 years before transitioning with the program as the manager for the trauma partial hospitalization program at University Behavioral Health in Denton, Texas in September 2015. After another year of continued group leadership, she was promoted to Director for the Ross Institute for Trauma in September 2016.

Leah utilizes trauma model therapy, CBT, expressive therapy, motivational interviewing and EMDR to treat individuals. Her patients find her authentic and genuine approach to the therapeutic relationship to be compassionate, warm and inviting.

Andrew McLane, LCSW, MSW, MS

Andrew McLane, LCSW, MSW, MS is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the states of Texas, Arkansas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. He currently holds two Master of Science degrees, one in clinical applied psychology and one in social work, and a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Texas A&M University Commerce.

Andrew has been practicing as a social worker in the state of Texas since 2016 and has experience working with adults, children and families who have experienced trauma, autism, varied mental health diagnoses, and legal and socioeconomic concerns. Andrew works from a systemic, collaborative, strength-based approach that is mindful of cultural, ethnic and economic concerns. He has an eclectic approach that includes solution-focused, dialectical, and cognitive behavioral techniques in order to assist his clients heal and grow so they can live satisfying and fulfilled lives. Andrew currently works remotely and is based out of Greenville TX. In his time away from work he is an avid moviegoer, photographer, musician, and father.

Renjan R. Mathew, PhD

Dr. Renjan Mathew has been practicing Clinical Neuropsychology in Dallas–Fort Worth metropolis for the last ten years. He is a licensed clinical psychologist and experienced in
working with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients. He has extensive expertise with the neuropsychological evaluation of memory decline, cognitive impairments, head injury,
depression, seizure disorders, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, autism, learning disorders, and various other neurological, medical and psychiatric conditions.

In addition, Dr. Mathew offers a fine blend of tailor-made comprehensive neuropsychological evaluation and psychological treatments for various medical, cognitive, anxiety, and mood conditions utilizing Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy.

He received his doctorate in Clinical Psychology, and master’s in Applied Psychology from the University of Kerala, India. He then completed a two-year residency in Clinical Psychology specializing in Neuropsychology from Manipal University, India, and two years Post-doctoral fellowships at Timberlawn Mental Health System, Dallas, Texas. Currently, he has a medical staff position in Mesquite Specialty Hospital and neuropsychology privileges at University Behavior Health (UBH) Hospital of Denton, Wellbridge Healthcare Hospital of Plano, and Haven Behavioral Hospital of Frisco.
